Project Objectives

  • O1 To conceptually define the AIoT system for on-board UAV localisation.
  • O2 To develop, test, validate and integrate i) UAV Devices, ii) Data acquisition hardawre, iii) Network hardware modules with data collection and aggregation software modules (Perception and Connectivity).
  • O3 To collect large on-board datasets for single and multi-approach AI-based UAV localisation.
  • O4 To study, develop, train, test&validate the fusion&TinyML software modules for UAV localisation (Learning and Inference).
  • O5 To integrate, experiment and validate the hardware and software modules into the AIoT system for UAV localisation.
  • O6 To disseminate, exploit and communicate the results.
